How To Hang a Door | Install Doors

Using a level, mark a vertical line on the drywall 1/2” in from the rough opening. Do this in the room the door swings into, and on the hinge side.

Attach the 7 brackets to the door frame using the 1/2’ screws provided. Screw 3 EZ-HANG™ brackets below each hinge, 3 on the latch/knob side, and 1 on the top. This extra bracket is provided to be used on all doors 30” and wider.

Insert the door. Screw it to the wall matching a site line on the EZ-HANG™ brackets with the line marked on the wall. Work your way down the hinge side and then the latch/knob side using the slotted holes for perfect reveal and clearance.
